The Process
philosophy
Utilizing a unique blend of gestalt, transpersonal, somatic, and intuitive modalities… Hera has the ability to fully meet clients where they are at in any experience.
exploring
Without awareness we’re not capable of change. The first part of the process is exploring and diving into the triggers, frustrations, and pain points in order to develop deeper awareness. Here we will identify limiting narratives and beliefs, explore somatic manifestations, as well as any suppression, repression, and shadow work.
ACKNOWLEDGING + Accepting
Once we have identified the fundamental issues that are unresolved or the emotional content needing our attention… we work through acknowledging and accepting all parts of the self without need to change, shame, or blame them. Here unconditional love and acceptance is of paramount importance.
healing
After sitting with the emotions that are alive in the body and mind, we step into the phase of mending and healing. Using physical expression, movement, and the voice… we begin to move the stuck or blocked energy. With dedicated intention, memories are reprocessed. Forgiveness and compassion alchemize, creating relief and a profound sense of spaciousness within the self.
integrating
It is imperative to begin implementing and integrating changes in behavior, responses, and mental patttens in this phase of the healing process. Practice here allows the mind, body, and soul to reprogram how it responds to triggering situations and stimuli. It’s here that we can begin to introduce new ways of being.
